A propos de notre client :
Filiale d'un groupe français, spécialisée dans la réparation et la maintenance de pièces industrielles pour le Maghreb (Maroc, Algérie et Tunisie).
Description du poste :
En étroite collaboration avec le gérant de la filiale (fabrication et entretien de réducteurs industriels, CA : 2 millions d'euros). Vous êtes responsable de l'ensemble des relations avec les clients d'un point de vue technique et commercial. Encadrant une équipe de plus de 30 personnes, vous veillez également à la bonne gestion des contrats et opérations de maintenance pour les clients.
Vos principales missions sont de :
- Négocier et fidéliser le portefeuille ;
- Gérer les stocks d'équipements et les pièces de rechange ;
- Suivre les approvisionnements;
- Assurer, en vous appuyant sur les ressources internes, la gestion du personnel (formation, tableau de compétences et de polyvalence...) ;
- Déléguer chaque fois que possible une partie de vos activités en vous assurant du suivi et de la réalisation ;
- Elaborer les reportings mensuels et hebdomadaires suivant le format du groupe.
Profil recherché :
Diplômé(e) d'une Ecole d'Ingénieur avec une spécialisation en mécanique, vous justifierez d'au moins 8 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de contrats technico-commercial dans le secteur industriel/mécanique idéalement. Doté(e) d'un tempérament entrepreneurial, vous savez vous imposer en tant qu'organisateur(trice) et gestionnaire avec vos équipes pour les fédérer autour du projet.
Une expérience de l'usinage sera également appréciée.
La pratique de l'arabe constitue un atout.
