As a leading recruitment consulting firm, Robert Walters is looking for one of his clients, a leading company specialized in the financial services, a Corporate Communication Director, based in Casablanca, Morocco.
This position will be responsible for strategic direction and leadership on Corporate Communications and will work closely with the Africa and MEA leadership teams and key stakeholders.
This role will ideally be based in Casablanca, Morocco.
Principal responsibilities will be:
Develop strategic, integrated internal and external communications initiatives across Africa,
Provide business-led, reputation-enhancing communications counsel to senior management on specific regional or cross-functional projects on an on-going basis,
Drive the development and implementation of media relations strategy focusing on increasing understanding of the company and its services,
Develop materials including press releases, speeches, briefing materials, executive communications and analytical reports for regional leaders,
Provide direction and guidance to external agencies to manage the quality of service delivery and ensure they achieve agreed objectives,
Drive the thought leadership programs across the region,
Support the company’s CSR efforts in-region, and provide in-region counsel on the Our World,
Participate in cross-regional communications and cross functional teams
Stay abreast of and incorporate industry best practices and market trends
Monitor and track proprietary company data and other data sources
